Our Product: Cougar BTS will purchase the site and construct the facility to the client’s specifications. The client or Cougar BTS will select the site and negotiate the price. Cougar BTS and CMS Construction take responsibility for the construction and financing. This includes every aspect of the project except capital equipment and branding requirements.

Construction: CMS will use its team of architects and engineers to facilitate and expedite permitting. Then CMS’s construction team will handle every aspect of construction, ground up, from the time of site purchase until the facility acceptance and the keys are turned over to the client. This includes working in tandem with the client’s equipment suppliers to assure proper installation.
Financing: Cougar BTS will finance 100% of the cost of the property and build out with the exception of capital equipment and branding. We require a minimum 10 year lease with no payments due until after the acceptance of the facility and the keys are turned over to the client. Currently, Lease rates are being offered between 10% all the way down to 7½% based on your financial strength.

Pre-Qualification: Our pre-qualification process is quick and easy. Based on a model similar to the franchise industry, applicants are requested to provide personal or corporate financial statements.
